Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity for quick growth to the role of Operations Director. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in Petcerts' success by working closely with the Operations Director to provide effective management and leadership to our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Operations Director to oversee and optimize the daily operations of Petcerts.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team, setting clear goals and performance targets, and driving the growth of sales revenue.
  • Analyze and manage marketing capital utilization to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and fuel business growth.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are achieved, and performance targets are met.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity among the team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Technology, and Marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, offering insights and recommendations to enhance Petcerts' competitiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in a digital platform or tech-related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle complex operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with ESA and PSD processes and regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.
