Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the potential for quick growth to the role of Sales Director. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in Petcerts' success by working closely with the Sales Director to provide effective management and leadership to our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive sales performance and exceed goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Petcerts' market reach and increasing customer acquisition.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, reporting on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Director and executive team.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales management success with a minimum of two years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with ESA and PSD processes and regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving excellence in sales.
