Rave Recruiter is a subsidiary of Arvo Equities. For the purpose of data protection laws, we are the data controller.

We collect different types of data depending on whether you are a Job Seeker (Candidate) or an Employer (Host).

For Job Seekers:

• Identity Data: Name, username, title, date of birth.
• Contact Data: Email address, telephone number, location (City/State).
• Professional Data: Resumes/CVs, employment history, education, skills, and portfolio links.
• Behavioral Data: Jobs you view, apply for, or save.

For Employers:

• Business Data: Company name, registration details, industry, and logo.
• Billing Data: Payment card details (processed securely via our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

3. AI & Automated Decision Making

Rave Recruiter utilizes proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning algorithms ("RaveAI") to match candidates with job openings.

How it Works

Our algorithms analyze the text within your resume (keywords, skills, experience duration) and compare it against job descriptions to generate a "Match Score." This helps employers prioritize applications.

Your Rights Regarding AI

Under regulations such as the GDPR and others, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Please note:

• Rave Recruiter's AI is an assistance tool. It does not automatically reject candidates. Final hiring decisions are always made by human recruiters at the respective companies.
• You may request a manual review of your profile visibility if you believe the algorithm is incorrectly scoring your resume.

4. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., matching you to a job).
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• To improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships, and experiences.

5. Disclosures of Your Data

We may share your personal data with the parties set out below:

• Employers: If you apply for a job or set your profile to "Visible," employers can view your resume and contact details.
• Service Providers: Companies that provide IT and system administration services (e.g., hosting, payment processing).
• Parent Company: Arvo Equities, for administrative and reporting purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

6. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.

All data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest in our databases.
