1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rave Recruiter ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Rave Recruiter is a subsidiary of Arvo Equities. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rave Recruiter and its parent company.

2. Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. House Rules (User Conduct)

We want to keep the party safe for everyone. You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or resumes.
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms or scrape our database.
• Discriminate against candidates based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected status.

4. Employer Obligations

If you are posting jobs ("Hosting"), you agree that:

• You have the legal authority to represent the company you are posting for.
• Your job postings comply with all applicable labor laws and minimum wage requirements.
• You will not require candidates to pay fees for training or equipment as a condition of employment.

5. Candidate Obligations

If you are searching for jobs ("Seeking"), you agree that:

• All information in your resume/profile is truthful.
• You consent to your profile being processed by our RaveAI algorithms for matching purposes.
• You will behave professionally in all communications and video interview simulations.

6. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions

Services (such as "The Party" candidate plan or "Headliner" employer plan) are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard.

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service. However, if you believe you were billed in error, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Rave Recruiter is a venue. We are not an employer or a staffing agency. We do not guarantee that:

• An employer will hire a specific candidate.
• A candidate will be qualified for a specific job.
• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVE RECRUITER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.
